Clauselens is an AI-powered analysis tool that reads contract text you provide and produces informational reports: risk findings, plain-English explanations, suggested wording, and negotiation prompts.

Clauselens is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. Reports may contain errors or omissions. For high-stakes agreements, consult a qualified lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before signing.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must only upload documents you have the right to share for analysis.

Reviews and clause assistance are metered in credits (5 credits per 1,000 analysis tokens, minimum 1 credit per run). Estimates are shown before each run; the final charge follows actual usage. Failed analyses are not charged, and analyses that cannot be saved are automatically refunded.

Credits are purchased as one-time packs via Razorpay, never expire, and are not transferable between accounts. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping of the platform, no uploading content that is unlawful for you to possess or share, and no reselling of reports as legal advice.

Your contracts remain yours. Reports generated for you are yours to use. The Clauselens software, brand, and report design remain ours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clauselens's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made, or contracts signed, in reliance on a report.

We may update these terms with notice on this page. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
