Refund policy

Fair metering first: you should only ever pay for analysis you actually received. Here is exactly how refunds work.
1Automatic refunds, built in
Failed analyses are never charged. If a review errors out before a report is produced, no credits leave your balance.
Unsaved reports are refunded. If an analysis succeeds but the report cannot be saved to your account, the charged credits are returned automatically.
2Credit pack refunds
A credit pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a pack are spent, the pack is non-refundable, because analysis costs are incurred on our side at run time.
To request a refund, email support@clauselens.info from your account email with the payment ID (shown on the Billing page). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
3Welcome credits
The 25 free credits granted on signup have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
4Disputed charges
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — most billing issues are resolved within one business day.
